These nylon bags feature a rigid ring which fits neatly into the corresponsing SEA-LECT Designs Quarter Turn Deck Plates, Screw Out Deck Plates and Recreactional kayak hatches - w/ Internal Collar. The Red bag has a drawstring closure which keeps items inside bag when removed from the deck plate.
