This factory upgrade replaces the intrusive steel cable keel-raising system with a rerouted flexible Amsteel (dyneema) line. Kit includes the custom heavy-duty stainless bail.  

This package (which is also suitable for many other small sloops if you adjust halyard lengths) allows the Potter 15 sailor to securely raise and lower all sails without leaving the safety of the cockpit. Want to drop jib without worrying about it...

This is the factory Potter mast step and will fit most years (some early models are different). The factory riveted the mast foot insode the mast, but 10/32 drill and tap works fine as well.
