Description
The Sunray was designed for Brightwater Boats - she is built using the clinker ply method with the ply frames and girders set up together on a strongback. She has a foredeck and aft tank plus side benches.
LOA 11'10" (3.6m); Beam 4'8" (1.43m); Weight approx. 120 lbs (54 kg) - using 4 or 5mm ply; Sail Area 78 sq.ft. (8.89 sq.m).
Note - the plans do give computer faired frame shapes etc and several details but she is better tackled by a builder who has used the clinker/ply method previously and has some experience with the method.
