Deck Mount Eye Plate and Spring

Description
This very robust base can be used for blocks or as an attachment point for other items.
The deck mount plate base has a diameter of about 2-1/2". The plate is 1/8" thick and the pad is 1/4" thick. The eye is 1/4" dia rod bent into a "U" that is 1/2" wide and high inside.
The spring is wound from 0.070" wire, is 2-1/2" tall with an inside diameter of about 1".
