Bronze 4" Fixed Portlight Kit

Now offering an affordable, complete bronze port kit! The price of bronze has gone through the roof in recent years, and we're thrilled we've come up with a way to make real bronze portlights affordable to the home builder. We've paired each bronze ring with a CNC-cut polycarbonate window and wood ring for the interior side, so you can install them as a sandwich. This kit offers a great value, an alternative to complete bronze deadlights which often sell for $200 or more apiece!

These 4-inch bronze fixed ports (5 7/16" OD) are perfect for SCAMPs and exactly like those found on Scamp #1, but will also look great on all kinds of small boats.

This kit includes everything you need for a single fixed (non-opening) port:

• One (1) 5.5" OD / 4" ID bronze port ring (for exterior side)
• One (1) 1/8" polycarbonate Lexan window
• One (1) marine plywood ring (for interior side) that builders can finish to suit
• Six (6) 5/8" #8  bronze screws

If you need a matched pair, make sure to order two kits! Note: Due to availability issues, we are unable to sell the bronze rings separately at this time.

Can they be used for other boats? Sure. In this configuration they aren't designed to be especially waterproof, but could be made more so with sealant. Below is a a photo of a nice use of the port on a West Wight Potter 15 by owner Dennis Hogan:
