For Sardine Twin Study Plans, click HERE
Sardine twin has been designed from the hull lines of the central hull of the Trimaran Sardine Run. She is built in France by Sardineboats, and plans can be ordered alone too.
The aft part of the hull has been re-designed to fit with the catamaran version.
She gives us a very simple catamaran where 4 berths are possible, always with an extraordinary! headroom of 1.30m, with a lot of storage.
A porta potty can be added, and a little stove too.
She is designed for suny areas, with 18m2 of deck!
She is equiped with a central rigid area made of plywood.
A simple outboard case is bolted at the center line.
Crossbeams are made of aluminium tubes, and the mast could be a second hand one, if taken from an old hobie 18 or equivallent.
2 centerboards are sliding in their trunk, where trunks are integrated in the outside hull shell plating, to gain volume for accomodations.
