The clue is, that the hulls can be build laying flat on a table. Starting with the outward hull side.
To make boat building for a first time boat builder.
The boat has a jib rig. This means no high costs for a mast. The plan includes also an easy to build mast.
The double jib rig can be handled from the safety of the cockpit. The boat can be easy trailed to.
So the total costs of building the boat and the running costs can be kept to a minimum.
