Downloadable J- Skiff Plans – Build your own 13′ J – Skiff
This 13′ flat bottom skiff is a real workboat. It is so easy to build that you can build it in a day (maybe add a few days for fairing and painting ;-).
The 13′ J – Skiff is not a lightweight boat, but it is for sure stable and will do very well for both fishing and sailing with friends. In fact this boat is so stable that you can even use it as a drift boat.
The boat will go well with an outboard engine between 4 and 12 hp. With only 5 sheets of plywood this boat is very affordable to build and the real easy building process makes no excuse for not getting started building right away.
