Description
A strip planked skiff for Mr. P. Hobbs with a simple lug rig - the hull is based on a traditional Thames skiff with it's slender and graceful shape ending in an attractive "wineglass" transom. She has a centreboard arrangement and plenty of room inside. LOA 16'4" (5m); Beam 4'9" (1.45m); Draft 7 1/2"/3'2" (0.19/.97m); Sail Area 91 sq.ft. (8.43 sq.m.). Full size mould shapes are given along with details for the building jig etc. She may be built without the rig etc to give a pure rowing skiff.
