Thanks for visiting Duckworks Boat Builder’s Supply. As a small company we need to stay efficient in order to keep our famously low prices and fast shipping, so please review the brief FAQ here about how best to reach out:

Questions about products or your order status? We’d prefer you email us at support@duckworks.com. Someone on our staff will typically respond fairly quickly during business hours (M-F 8-5pm, Pacific Time).
Want to place an order? Whenever possible we prefer you place your order online as that helps avoid mistakes and it puts your order in the queue immediately. We will not be able to accept orders over the phone.
How much will shipping cost? If you'll enter your order and address information, the website will give you a shipping price before you have actually finalized order. We do our very best to balance inexpensive shipping methods with prompt delivery.
Want to pick up at the warehouse? We are open for business at 9770 44th Avenue Suite #104, Gig Harbor, WA 98332. If you plan to pickup an order, we request you place your order online and choose the “In-Store Pickup” option from the shipping information dropdown. This way we will have your order ready for you when you arrive. Will Call hours are 10AM-4PM Weekdays.
