Description
These covers are designed to be quickly and easily deployed as shade canopies in small sailboats. They're made from an acrylic-coated polyester cover fabric with a urethane coating on one side for water resistance. The fabric has excellent strength, tear and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, as well as UV and mildew resistance. When deployed, the cover can be supported by the boom, either on top or tied beneath, and lashed forward and aft with grommets at midpoints and corners for sturdy, stable protection from sun and rain.
- Canopy made of hi-grade marine canvas fabric
- Edging is sturdy 5 oz dacron sailcloth tape
- High-quality aluminum collapsible, shock-corded poles
- Tent pole end pockets made of heavy-duty, abrasion resistant rubberized canvas
- Nickel-plated spur grommets located to accommodate various tie-down options
- Webbing loop in center of top can accommodate tying the cover to the boom from the underside
- Storage bag included
- Standard size is 64" x 72" in "wide" or "long" configuration
- Wide version of standard cover has tent poles attached along the 72" sides
- Wide version of standard cover has tent poles attached along the 72" sides
- Long version of standard cover has tent poles attached along the 64" sides
- Standard colors are Birch, Burgundy, Taupe, Aquamarine and Lakeside Blue
